Luschka looked at Cyrus and then watched Eclipse. Tell me about it. She spoke subconciously, paying more attention to Eclipse and Damian more than anything. Char was the one to break her out of her trance. Lu looked at Char and saw the way she looked at Lu's brother. She frowned. You like Eclipse, don't you? Ugh, God help you. She shook her head and sighed. That was a horrible mistake. Luschka would know.

Lu had the biggest crush on Eclipse for the longest time and until she met Seth, she had eyes for no-one else. And she had to admit, she still had feelings for him. Her heart had been broken by Eclipse and, honestly, it still hadn't been fully healed. She sighed and smoothed her hair back before looking at Char.

Damian smiled widely at Eclipse before he pretty much threw himself at Eclipse. It's great to see you, Eclipse. He patted Eclipse on the back before pulling away and smiling widely. Indeed, it has been far too long. But I'm back now. And that's all that matters. He grinned and looked everyone over. He saw a blond pretty little number with extremely long hair and blue eyes that almost glowed. He assumed this was the new Beta Female. She held herself and moved in a very dominant way, yet it wasn't arrogant or cocky. She looked to be a good Beta. And a great person as well.

The brown haloed girl was a little surprised that Luschka could tell that quickly, hell, she had only just known herself a few moments ago! Raising her eyebrows at her blonde friend, she thought about how many other secrets she held within. Turning in her chair so her hips were facing Lu, she put one arm on the back of the chair and the other resting on the table. Lips pursed, she spoke quietly, as she didn't want her own pack or any of the Validus wolves to gain this knowledge of her stupid crush on the Alpha. [blue]How'd you know? He's your brother Lu, surely you can't have known the feeling of liking Eclipse?[/blue] Her hackles would have started to bristle at this point if she were a wolf, Char was a little annoyed that Luschka had noticed, but more annoyed at herself for allowing her guard down.

She flexed her hand in front of her face, inspecting the midnight blue coloured nails for chips and dents. Satisfied, she twisted and twirled her layered hair in and around her fingers, waiting for Lu's answer. This was to mask her growing insecurity. She wished someone would come and rescue her from this situation. Throwing a quick glance around, eyes falling upon Eclipse without even meaning too and flickered away quickly. Char wasn't shy when it came to making her feelings known, but something about the Alpha made her wary of letting him know that she liked him.

A sick smile unfurled and spread itself across Luschka's face. She shook her head, chuckling a little. Char, he wasn't always my brother. I had the BIGGEST crush on him for years. It faded away with time but it wasn't completely gone until I met....my, uh....mate. Lu looked around to see if anyone was listening. Ok, well she was still glad that she hadn't said his name. It would have made everyone listen. Pffft. If only other people knew her mate was Seth Amos! Ei that would be hell. She cleared her throat before she continued. Therefore, I know exactly what it's like and how it's going to play out. I don't want to see you get hurt, Char. I don't want what happened to me to happen to you. You're like my sister. I'll do anything to protect you.

She smiled before bringing Char in for a hug. And while they hugged Lu whispered into Char's ear. If it's what you want, I say go for it. Just consider the consequences. I beg you. And if you decide to go through with it, I can help you. She pulled away, winked, and then started chuckling. Oh, and if it does work out and somehow someway he hurts you, let me know so I can whoop his ass. She started laughing so much that her delicate china-doll-white skin was turning a plush pink.

Charlotte watched as Lu's little smile stretched out over her pretty mouth, all annoyance fading away. She frowned as Luschka almost mentioned Seth. She loved the other girl very much, and didn't want her to get hurt, in fact there was something almost glowing about her that made Char want to narrow her eyes and find it... What was it? Char nodded as Lu spoke again, she knew that Eclipse would probably never go for her, she was probably far too young. Twiddling her thin silver nose ring, she grinned as her friend said she was like her sister. She thought that too, and embraced her warmly.

Patting her on the back firmly when they pulled away, she watched as Lu's cheek turned a fair shade of fuchsia, enjoying her warm notes. She thought of her like a sister too, the older sister she'd never had. [blue]Oh, if he did mess me about, I'd be the one kicking his ass, but I'd be sure to let you have a little join in.[/blue] She winked before putting her hand on Luschka's for a second and then standing up to retrieve a drink from the iced case that was sitting on a lone table. Popping the cap off the beer, she took a sip, and swilled it around her mouth, looking to see if there were any Validus wolves she could meet and possibly get to know. She supposed there was always the Beta, Cyrus, and the Alpha male Lucas but she wanted to meet some of the lower pack members like herself. She found them easier to get along with.

Ice walked around. Right now, she was a bit...pissed off with her brother. She wished that Lucas had told her sooner than the party. Now, she wasn't thrilled that her brother found a mate and didn't mind telling her about it. Growling, Ice walked away and over to get a beer. Ice rarely drank any alcohol but right now...that's what she needed to calm herself down. Popping the cap off of the bottle, Ice started to drink it. I swear I'm just...ugh! she said, growling at herself.

Lucas watched his sister walk away. He could tell by the way Ice was walking that she wasn't really happy about the announcement, but she had tried. His stormy gray eyes looked over to Larysa then back to his sister. "Larysa, I'll be back. I'm gonna go and talk to Ice." He said, kissing her forehead and giving her small hug. he smiled at her, and anyone else around himself, excusing himself from the group and making his way over to his sister..and the beer she was drinking.

Pulling away to stare at his old friend, he saw the change in him that made him remember why he had chosen the male as his Beta Male. Shaking his head, he quickly waved his hand back toward the gathered group. "You are always welcome back into my pack, my brother,"

[/color] he stated, a little bit of joy back in his face that hadn't been there before Damian came back. He waved to everyone, looking away from Damian, eyes landing on Katie and glaring at the female for a moment. She must had known he was back in town and from the look on her face, he knew she had and hadn't told him.

Shaking his head, he stepped away from his friend, squeezing Damian's shoulder before stepping up to greet the crowd. "My brothers and sisters . . . and those that have joined us from the bigger city!"[/color] he stated, voice booming over the gathered voices, while he stepped up onto a bench so that his voice could carry to everyone. "My ears picked up an uncertain voice in the crowd,"[/color] he stated, hand raising a beer he had grabbed before stepping up to Char before turning back to the group. "It isn't normal for the two . . . families to gather but times have been tough. We have been hunted but theses hunts are starting to slow, we've even spotted Hunters leaving and Eden Town and Bucharest have become a little safer."[/color]

Lifting the beer to Lucas and his mate, a smile actually tugged at the pair. "It is known far and wide that I'm not the most . . . friendly of men, but I know love when I see it,"[/color] he stated, dipping his head to the Validus Alpha pair. "So consider this party my gift to you two, and this boar your present from the Infiniteria family,"[/color] he stated, raising his beer to the Alpha pair in his toast.[/size][/blockquote]
