Elizabeth smiled as she heard Scarlet behind her say their training starts now and she wondered what they would do first. She wondered where she could be able to learn hand to hand combat. Because archery isn't all she wanted to know. She also wondered if she should get a horse because they could be useful when chasing werewolves on foot, she didn't want to chase them in her wolf form and get caught in the action or maybe even killed. "Ok... So first things first... Is a horse a better option to chasing werewolves? And I'm guessing you're an expert rider will you teach me to ride horses too please?" Beth wondered if she was asking to many questions.

Scarlet chuckled slightly. "What would you like to learn first? Archery or riding?" she asked, stopping at her door. She opened the door, leaving it open, knowing that neither of her horses would stop before they even got near the house. Scarlet had trained both of her horses to be like that. To let her know when something was wrong or if she should be worried and since Storm wasn't as tense as she was when Beth showed up. Scarlet was relaxed.
"Horses are wonderful creatures and easy to use if you know how to use your senses with their senses. If you can't think like them, or make them listen to your movements. It won't work." |

Elizabeth gave an excited smile as Scarlet asked which she wanted to do first and she thought about it for a moment and said. "Well, I want to know the riding skills, you know what they say, you have to run before you can fight and I want to run with the horses before training to fight first. So let's start with that then."

Scarlet turned to Beth, then headed back to the horses. "Alright, you'll be riding Dash." she said, grabbing the reins that were around the palomino's neck. She looked at Beth, threw the reins over the studs neck and handed them to her. Without a saddle or even a saddle pad, Scarlet jumped onto Storm and looked over to Beth. "Alright get on Dash. He won't hurt you, only this one will." she said, patting Storm's black neck. |

Elizabeth stood there very confused as Scarlet said she will be riding Dash, his name told her he has speed but she didn't want to find out yet. As soon as the reins were over the palomino's neck, Beth took hold of the saddle, at least knowing how to get on a horse. She then got onto the horse throwing a leg over and rested her feet on the stirrups. She took hold of the reins, it felt weird to sit so wide legged on a horse's back. "So what now?"

Scarlet watched as Beth got on Dash. The stud looked like he was bored with what was happening already. Looking up at Beth, she looked over how Beth was sitting and approved of the way it was. "Alright. First we will walk before I get you into any more serious stuff. I want you to be comfortable." she said. She kicked Storms side and turned the mare of to Dash and slowly started to walk her around both Beth and Dash. "I want you to barely kick his sides and whistle softly to him. Like this." she said, demonstrating by kicking the mares sides and whistling softly. |

Elizabeth was very good at listening and doing. So she did exactly what Scarlet said and the horse started to walk, she balanced herself, because she felt she might fall of and held onto the reins. "How was that?"

Scarlet gave Beth a smile and a nod. She moved Storm over to Dash and Beth, making sure that Beth was perfectly balanced. She was when Scarlet got closer and reaching over, Scarlet moved Beth's hands just a bit, to loosen up the holding that she had on Dash's reins. "That was very good, but don't hold onto the reins so tightly. If you hold the reins to tight, he won't listen to you. If you hold the reins to lose then he'll take command of you and not listen, so I've loosen your hands just enough so that you have control and it won't bother him." she said. Then Scarlet turned Storm away and stopped the mare. "Alright, try turning him towards me. Press your inside foot in and kick with your outside foot and let one of the reins rest on his neck." she said, then demonstrated what she said. Since she didn't have reins, she used on of her hands. Scarlet lifted one of her hands up, softly put it on the mares neck, then pressed her right foot in and kicked with her left, watching the mare turn to her right. |

Elizabeth tried it and at first she kicked with both feet and Dash shook his head and reared a bit, she then leaned forward and apologized to the horse. So she tried it again. "Right foot in left foot kick..."

Scarlet gave Beth a nod, 'Very good. That was very impressive on how you handled his little rear there. Most people would've fallen" she stated. It was very impressive indeed. Although Scarlet had stayed on herself, it was one thing to see another person stay on without the default of being thrown off. "Alright. Let's see, what else would you like to learn before I have you trot him?" she asked. |

Elizabeth smiled when Scarlet praised her for what she did and asked if there was anything else she wanted to know before they start to trot. She shook her head and with excitement waited for them to start trotting. Not sure what trotting actually meant but finding out will make her understand.

Scarlet gave Beth a smile and whistled and kicked her mare in the side. Instantly, Storm kicked up to a trot and she put the mare towards Dash. "I want you to kick Dash's side, have him walk at first." she said, watching her student. Watching Dash and Beth made a smile go on her face. Alright, time for a trot. "Once you are comfortable, kick him again and whistle again. He'll pick up his speed a bit." |

Elizabeth listened to what Scarlet was saying, so she did everything and Dash started to walk. Not knowing if she is ready yet she looked at Scarlet that gave her a reassuring smile and she did the same, Dash started to pick up speed, she held on to his reins scared she might fall off. The wind was blowing through her hair and she enjoyed the way it made her feel, she started to relax when she got used to trotting and it was much more pleasant. But she didn't know how to stop... She started to panic and whistle and kick, Dash more confused than she was and she was in such a panic mode her one foot slipped from the stirrup and she fell off the horse, with a hard thud she fell on her back, she lay there still, gasping for air. She was to scared to move.

Scarlet saw what had happened and instantly jumped off of Storm and over to Beth. She knelt down to the girl and gave her a smile, "It's okay Beth, I should've told you how to stop Dash before you got confused about it." she said, watching as Dash trotted over to them and bent his head down to nudge the girl that had been on him just moments before. Deep down, Scarlet knew that Dash didn't mean to harm Beth, which was why Scarlet had told her to ride him instead of Storm. Dash was just a plan out sweetheart to everyone he knew and saw. "Come on, let's try it again. Best way to learn is from your mistakes and keep trying." |

Elizabeth watched as Scarlet came rushing over to her, she knelt next to Elizabeth and she told her it's alright, it didn't feel that way at the moment and she felt a little nudge in her side as Dash apologized to her, she smiled and stood up. A little bruised but nothing she couldn't handle. She dusted off the dirt and drew her fingers through her hair and smiled. She patted Dash on the neck to say it's not his fault. She then climbed back up onto Dash and she hugged the horse and slid her feet back onto the stirrups, a bit shaky she then said. "Ok... So there is something you can teach me before we trot. How to stop... Please. I don't want to end up paralyzed or hurt."
