Kipache Mane Crystoffi ran from home to seek a place where my body would never grow As he walked down the sidewalk, the tall male pulled the hood up on his flannel, crossing arms against his chest. There wasn't much to do at this time, except head to the bar. And in a moment of worry, he'd thrown on his black masquerade mask. To him, it was a routine.. get up, get dressed, put the mask on. Of course it opened up a gateway of taunts and mocking, but he didn't care too much. He wanted to avoid his siblings that lurked through the town; two individuals that he desperately wanted to see again, but two he knew he could never get along with. The thought stung his eyes, and a very emotional young man ducked into Tooleys, head lowered and eyes blinking furiously in an attempt to brush off the tears.
It didn't take him long to fix himself. He was a mature gentleman, and he didn't want to cause a scene. With a now easy stride, he made his way to the bar, a smile on his face and blue eyes seeming bright and longing. "I'll have some Jack Daniels,"
he ordered, turning eyes down the row of stools to examine the people around. As his focus landed on a peculiar looking female, the bartender whistled and handed him the drink. At first, he just smiled and nodded, before turning his body to face the direction she was in. The werewolf took in a big inhale, taking in everything. Ah, so she is a wolf, as well.. a low growl of angst escaped his pink lips, and he started towards her. A thrill ran down his spine, curious to know more about his tomboy.
"Excuse me, I'm sure this seat isn't taken, is it?" Kipache asked, once close enough. Oddly enough, he was itching for a pal around here. Of course, he belonged to a pack - - one he took little interest in and one swarming with girls. Girls. Oh how he hated most of the females around here.. they were all dramatic. Of course, that wasn't really true; just how he saw everything. An excuse not to engage. Even though he had not received an okay, he sat down beside her, taking a large swig of his drink and then ordering a beer. "Want one? I'm Kip, by the way.." [/blockquote][/blockquote] flannel; clickblack wife beater; clickpants & shoes; click

Otto wasn't much of a drinker really, and whats more not one to drink alone in Eden Town, but there were firsts for everything. In her family it was mostly the men who drank, Dati taking pride in his home brew and frequently inviting fellow clan members over to sample his creations. Still, Otto had heard that this was a favorite hang out for her kind, and was willing to suffer one of the few men's activities she had always been happy to be excluded from.
All the same, the palinka here was significantly better than her Father's home dabblings, and Otto found if she held her breath the taste didn't really bother her. The alcohol was relatively powerful so even after only a few shots she was feeling pleasantly... Fuzzy. Otto hadn't finished a shot for some time however, and was mostly staring into the shot and listening to the chattering of the other patrons. She was a bit afraid to get down from the stool. Otto, for all her masculine qualities, was something of a lightweight.
A growl caught her attention and Otto looked around to see a strange man moving down the bar in her direction. Oh, ah, it is free, she responded, breaking out of the sort of trance she had been in to focus on the stranger. He smelled... Familiar somehow. She couldn't quite place it but it was like pine needles and blood and dogs. Still in the process of waking up, it was too late to explain that she already had a drink by the time he had ordered her one. American beer. Bleh. Still, it was impolite to turn down a drink.
Hello, Kip! Otto woofed pleasantly, liking the way the P sound popped. So maybe she'd had more than a few shots... I am Otto Ha- blinking, she paused. She'd never realized quite how hard her name was to say before. My name is Otto. She laughed, smiling. Otto was significantly friendlier after a few shots, and where she was normally wary of strangers, she wasn't so worried. The world didn't seem very frightening at the moment.

Kipache Mane Crystoffi ran from home to seek a place where my body would never grow "Ah, no worries. I get the good stuff, not the cheap beer that they serve here from time to time.."
Kipache cooed, smiling at her with a small glint in his eye. As a werewolf being so close to another, his guard was up. Of course, this girl seemed like a pretty good certain someone to pal around with.. however, she also seemed to have the strength of an ox. Oddly enough.. that was attractive to him. The male nodded and placed the beer in front of her, making it clear she didn't have to drink it if it wasn't desired. He wasn't going to get insulted; many people didn't have a taste for beer, and what she was used to from America was probably nothing glorious. A tormented sigh escaped his lips, though he'd turned his head away to avoid an awkward, 'whats the matter'? And then, his attention turned back to the girl.
Otto? What a peculiar name. It suited her, actually, she looked like an 'Otto'. Kip gave a goofy smile, flipping his hair to the side. "Pleasure to meet you, Otto." the guy purred, licking his lips and then sipping his beer once more. He'd actually totally forgotten about the small amount of Jack he had left, and took some of that, as well. "I apologize, though, for just barging over here. I've been a little out of sorts lately, so I'm usually not this.. friendly," and it was true; usually Kipache was quiet and tried to be unaware of what was going on around him with the others. A few words exchanged outside made the werewolf snap his head towards the windows, a low growl almost erupting but he held it back with a cough, his guard raising even more. To have too many wolves, in his opinion, was a dangerous combination. Considering most of them were cocky bastards; people he didn't like nor could handle. A small shake of his head, and Kip turned to Otto. "You new here?" [/blockquote][/blockquote] flannel; clickblack wife beater; clickpants & shoes; click

The young woman nodded, a bit over enthusiastically, and found herself needing to grip the bar to stay steady. The truth was that she preferred sweeter drinks like tuica, but she could survive a beer or two. This fellow seemed to be a nice enough man, so it would be alright to have a few drinks with him. Otto eyed him carefully while she popped the beer open, catching the sigh but not bothering him about it. People came to bars for lots of reasons after all, and the majority were none of her business.
The chaj smiled at Kip and his niceties, liking the way he talked. It made her think of slinky animals, like a fox or a tom cat. When the young man apologized she simply waved it off. Do not vorry, I am glad for the company. It is boring to drink alone, yes? Otto chuckled at him, gingerly sipping the beer again. Holding her breath worked well enough with this too, and the aftertaste was something she was slowly getting used to. Having someone to speak to was a nice distraction as well.
She looked up as Kip growled again, training her gaze in the same direction he was looking. She could pick up on the sounds of a scuffle outside, and it hit her all very suddenly that those sounds were werewolves. Otto blinked a few times, eyes wide, then looked at her companion while he was still looking away. He was a werewolf too- that was the familiar scent she picked up on. He had probably approached her knowing she was a were too! The realization brought a wide smile across Otto's face, flashing sharp, yellow teeth.
Sort off. I vas born in Bucharest and sometimes I go to the forest with my brothers, but tonight is my first night spending much time in Eden Town. I haff never had much reason to come here before, she explained pleasantly, hoping he would understand the rather feeble attempt to explain her presence here.
