Well, if she's a sweet girl then I can see her making good friend with William c: Although he's a loner, so I don't know if he'd help her much in a pack respect xD
If she's got a temper on her then she might also find him quite annoying (he's an complete coward who stammers all the time, but he's also very, very loyal)
