Catina was wide eyed, mumbling to herself as she explored the lake. She was wearing jeans and a black hoodie, her sneakers now covered in dirt as she made her way through the mud. She liked antiques and history, so the Snagov Monastery and the surrounding lake had caught her attention quickly. Who knew what she would find in this area, and her nose was already on the hunt for metallic scents. The clothes she had worn that day were old, and she had been contemplating on going for a run later on if it was safe.
She pulled the hood down, shaking her head as she tied her blond curls up. She spotted a branch, leaping and swinging up onto it to get a better view of the area.
She was new to this region of Romania, though she had gone hunting with her father a few winters ago not too far from here. The park was a nice place too, and she felt a little less homesick here.

She rushed through the trees quickly headed for the lake. She had figured her sister, Saniyah had gone there since she said she would go to the lake today. It was about late afternoon which was her favorite time. Sleek black and white pelt shined through the afternoon sunshine. Letting her senses lead her to the lake she soon caught a wiff of a new scent. Skidding to a stop she sniffed the air and thought 'Hm I haven't smelled this she-wolf before' Taking off again she followed the scent of the female getting closer to the lake. After about a few feet from the trees surrounding the lake she slowled down poking her head out looking around quickly. She didn't see anybody else or smelled any hunters so she wagged her tail and ducked back in and then burst through the bushes and into the water. Making a huge splash she doggy paddeled for a moment then took a breath and sunk her head below the water changing back to her human form. Coming back up she looked around again to be sure no hunters were around and walked out wearing a soaked black t-shirt with some shorts. She laid out on the ground feeling the warmth of the afternoon sun.

Catina's nose twitched as the wind carried a new scent with it. Werewolf, female...and wet. Damn, that water has to be cold. she eyed the waters warily, leaning backwards the dangle upside from the branch before landing on the ground below her. She enjoyed her new ability for acrobatics, having taken on parkour since becoming a werewolf in full stride.
She shoved her hands into her pockets, making her way through the trees to follow the scent until she found the werewolf laid out on the ground. She paused, not really sure what the heck she was supposed to do. She had heard that there were two packs here, and that they were mostly friendly towards strangers. She had no interest in territory, so she had been hoping her opening up a shop within Bucharest wouldn't cause too much attention. Well, if this was going to be a new neighbor, she should be friendly.
"Alo!" she called, giving a Romanian hello as she walked up to the dark haired woman. She stopped when she was near her head, peering at her upside down. "I'm new here." her romanian accent was light, and she gave a tentative smile.

She relaxed as the last rays of the sun gave warmth before she heard "Alo" Opening her eyes which had now shifted to a cloudy light brown. "I'm new here" she heard the female say and she smirked chuckling and said "No wonder you don't smell from around here. Welcome to Bucharest. The name's Aleah by the way". Taking a moment to sit up she said "What brings you out here?"

Catina blinked, suddenly feeling very small when she realized how tall this other werewolf was. Still, she seemed friendly, so she plopped down onto the ground as well. "Mmm... I just opened an antique and mechanic shop." she explained, looking out into the water. "I used to hunt with my father for game in a place not far from here. It's familiar, but new at the same time. I wanted to explore, and the monastery is so amazing! I was hoping to find something to bring back to my shop." She had a romanian accent as she spoke, and seemed to have to think of her words before speaking them. English had been a language she had picked up only a few years ago, and in the small town where her family lived, there were few foreigners.
She looked at Aleah, "Ah, I am Catina." she added, grinning widely. "They call me Lil' Miss Fix It sometimes too. But just call me Catina" she frowned, "I'm sick of being called "Lil"." she raised both her index and middle finger and emphasized on the Lil' part.

She heard the female say she owned an antique and mechanic shop As she plopped down in the grass beside her. "I used to hunt with my father for game in a place not far from here. It's familiar, but new at the same time. I wanted to explore, and the monastery is so amazing! I was hoping to find something to bring back to my shop." she heard her say next and she nodded saying "I know what you mean...being familiar yet new that is." Aleah noticed the bit of romanian accent in her voice.
Closing her eyes she breathed in and then heard her say that her name was Catina. She opened her eyes saying "Nice to meet you Catina" She chuckled as Catina said people called her Lil' Miss Fix It and that she was tired of being called "Lil". "Well no worries. You seem more of a Tina to me" she smiled and glanced at her.

Catina let out a small growl, though it was more playful than angry. "Ugh, no nicknames! Catina is Catina, nothing more, nothing less." she kicked at the ground, much like a child having a tantrum.
She stopped her flailing, giving a sigh before calming herself. "You seem to be comfortable here, are you of one of the packs? I've heard of them."

She watched Catina flail around like a child saying no nicknames and chuckled saying "Alright alight...Catina it will be then" She smirked a little thinking to herself. Catina sort of reminded her of her only sister, Saniyah. Sitting up now she looked out towards the water which was now dark but the moon would soon shine down upon it. "You seem to be comfortable here, are you of one of the packs? I've heard of them." Catina asked and Aleah nodded proudly.
"Yep. I live within the Validus pack as a warrior with my only surviving baby sister, Saniyah. Our territory is a bit smaller than the Infiniteria pack but I love it here" she spoke softly. Then she looked back at Catina saying "Hey...if you're new around here we should go to a place I know of. I have a friend who owns the Blue Moon Club.I'm sure he'd be willing to give us a few drinks. Think of it as a welcoming gift" Aleah smiled to her.

Catina returned the smile, but shook her head. "That sounds like fun, but I'm not really the best person to bring to clubs. I don't like crowds of people, nor do I really like the taste of alcohol. Still, I guess I wouldn't mind making friends here."
Making friends had been one of the last things on her mind. Growing up she always had her brothers, and a few close friends. She was a bit of a hermit in some ways, but she enjoyed working and keeping busy with her shop.
"You are a warrior?" She still didn't know much about pack life or about being a werewolf. "Is your friend a part of your pack as well? I was bitten less than a year ago, so I'm still...adjusting."

She saw Catina return the smile and and shake her head saying "That sounds like fun, but I'm not really the best person to bring to clubs. I don't like crowds of people, nor do I really like the taste of alcohol. Still, I guess I wouldn't mind making friends here." Aleah nodded saying "Making friends here is the best thing to do in times like this. With hunters crawling about, it helps to have a few werewolf friends to back you up" She looked up toward the moon now and then heard her ask was she a warrior. Nodding simply with a smirk she added "Yep. Fighting is my best asset"
Looking back at Catina she heard her ask was her friend apart of a pack or not. Leah shook her head saying "No...he's a loner. But he's helpful to the packs. Less than a year ago eh? Well ever need any help or got any question just ask" She smiled at the end. Aleah had been born a werewolf so she was fully equipped with answers. Her eyes caught movement out the corner of her eye. And she turned her head seeing a few deer cautiously walking out on the other side of the lake.

Catina's head also turned to the deer, and she stared at it. She still liked to go out and hunt with her rifles, since it was something she did growing up. Still, she had gone on a few hunts as a werewolf, and that had been a whole new experience.
"Thank you, I will have to take you up on that offer sometime. Currently I'm mostly just trying to keep everything in check. Learn my new limits, and keep myself from changing when my emotions raise."
