He had been hunting with his sister, Ice, they hadn't had much brother and sister time so he was only making it up to her. Then again, she really didn't care and knew that he loved her anyways, but Lucas was till going to spend time with his only sibling. Sighing, he had just gotten back and was heading to his room, his mind escaping him and going to Larysa. He had been so busy, so stressed, that they hardly had any time alone together. Getting into his room, Lucas collapsed onto his bed, still wondering about her.
Finally, Lucas got up and found his phone. He decided that today, he was going to spend some time with his girlfriend..or mate..and actually be with her than letting her decide on things for the pack. Being alpha was a partner job and Lucas was going to help Larysa. When he found her number in his phone, he dialed it, hoping to get an answer.
When she answer(if she does), he smiled, "Hey babe, I know we haven't been able to spend some time together. So, I was thinking, maybe we can go out to eat again and then head back to my place or yours, it doesn't matter where we go afterwards." he said, speaking into the phone and awaiting her answer. When, and if she does, he would tell that he'd pick her up in two hours then take her out to dinner and then, they could do whatever afterwards, before he'd get off the phone and get ready himself.

Larysa smiled when he called and proposed a dinner date and then going back to their place. She was quick to nod her answer, but then realizing he couldn't see her nod, she chuckled and said, Of course. Sounds great! I'm working in the stables right now, but I get out in five. Perfect! She smiled and as she listened to her mate--well, sorta--talk, she pet her horse Django. He was a beautiful and huge black Friesian xx Shire that not many people could tame--and by people, humans. All werewolves got along with Django, but rarely--if any--humans did. Larysa had to reach above her head in order to pet this beast-of-a-horse's nose--imagine if she were to pet its head! Sighing as Lucas and her said good-bye, she locked up Django in his stall, all the other horses as well, and then the whole stable followed. After locking up Larysa got into her mustang and drove home where she would get ready.

After getting off of the phone with Larysa, he still couldn't help but think of her and smile. They had gotten together for more than a month now and he couldn't or wouldn't ask for anyone better to help him lead Validus than Larysa. Hoping into the shower, he washed his hair and himself, before her hoped back out and dried himself off. Pulling out a nice pair of pants and a shirt to put on, Lucas started to head out the door. Of course, he had taken his time and was whistling to himself on the way out. He felt so happy and safe when he thought about Larysa.
Getting into his mustang, Lucas turned it on before he pulled out of the parking lot and towards Larysa's house. Even though they were together, Lucas hadn't mentioned about her moving in with him or the other way around. He smiled. Tonight would be perfect. Pulling up into her drive-way, Lucas got out and walked up to her door and knocked. Lucas felt a bit nervous for once, and he didn't quite know why. All he could do was wait for Larysa to answer.

Larysa answered the door in a tight, sparkling ruby red, short cocktail dress. Her long brown hair was curled and neatly styled to one side and decorated with a stunning array of diamonds. She had the same shade of ruby red lipstick on and her shoes were midnight black stilletoes. She looked stunning. She had never looked better. She smiled and held her black clutch in her hand as she gazed into Lucas's eyes adoringly. Stepping out into the beautiful, warm weather she closed and locked the door behind her. Now with her heels on she was almost as tall as Lucas. Wow. You look...amazing. She cooed. Larysa couldn't think of a more handsome man or more beautiful image.

Seeing Larysa answering the door and the dress she wore, made his heart skip plenty of beats that he couldn't count. Moving back so that she could step out and she turned towards him. Instantly, Lucas smiled at her and gave her a kiss. "You look stunning Larysa." he said, giving her a hug before taking her hand and leading her to the car. Lucas, being the gentleman that he is, opened the door for her before going over to his side and getting into the car. "Oh, before I forget these..." he said, reaching behind him and pulling out a banquet of red rose and handed them to Larysa. "Are for you my dear. There is a note on there as well." he added, winking at her. He had written the note himself. The note said: "I will love you until the last rose dies." Only thing was, Lucas had gotten one rose...not real so that it wouldn't die and his love for her would grow. He truly did love Larysa.

Larysa smiled when he handed her the flowers, but when she read the note she pursed her lips. Then she caught it. The scent was off. One was plastic. That meant it would never die. She smiled widely and leaned over to Lucas and kissed him deeply. I love you. It was barely a whisper but of course they could both hear it as if it was said at a normal volume. Going back to her seat, she sighed. No one was like Lucas. No one at all. Her insane ex-boyfriend who drove her to the breaking point and made her become an alcoholic AND a drug atict was truely one of a kind. He was sent from hell ro destroy her. THEY were a match made in hell. He was the reason she thought all men were horrible and dangerous. That boy was the reason her parents abandoned her. And then she met Lucas. He was one of a kind too. But he was just the opposite of the boy who had left her. Lucas was like her savior--her guardian angel. The one person who understands her. She, too, would love him forever.

Lucas saw her smile and kissed her back. "I love you too Larysa." he whispered. Before Lucas had met Larysa, he had been so caught up in leading the pack and watching out for his sister. Even though he was calm and collected, he was always stressed, always ready to just...explode. But it never happened. Lucas was able to control it all. Pulling out of the drive-way, Lucas couldn't help but think of the day he had met Larysa and he smiled. He reached over and put his hand on her, smiling at her slightly.
It only took him like 20 minutes to get to the restaurant and pulled up to the front. The restaurant was a big five star Chinese Restaurant that was only a block or two from where Lucas lived, but nonetheless, he had planned to bring her here for a few months. Getting out, Lucas went over to Larysa's side of the car and helped her out. He walked up to the door with her and went inside. Going up to the waiter, "Reservations for Storm." he said, and him and Larysa were lead to a table out on a baloney. Lucas said thank you before he helped Larysa with her seat and sat down himself. "What do you think, Love?"

Larysa smiled at Lucas and reached over the table to stroke his cheek with the back of her hand. I love it. Thank you. Larysa's eyes were becoming glassy with holding back tears. No one had ever done so much for her. No one had ever cared so much for her. She sighed and wiped beneath her eyes, trying to keep the tears from ruining her make-up. He was amazing. This was amazing. She felt as if she was living in a fairy tale and she had finally found her Prince Charming. She knew right now that she would never find anyone like Lucas and then she came upon a realization. Right now, she would do anything for him. Even if it meant risking her own life.

Lucas smiled at her and put his hand up to herself when she brushed his cheek. He was very happy that she liked it..no that she loved it and he could see the tears she was holding back. Reaching over the table himself and brushed the tears that were trying to escape. "Why are you crying my dear?" he asked. Lucas had never seen her cry and never wished for it to happen. Seeing her with glassy eyes because of tears, made him worry that he had done something wrong. Lucas, as alpha and her mate, would do anything for her. He would take his own life if it would save hers. Lucas smiled at her softly and kissed her forehead. To him, Larysa was apart of his life and family now and he would do just about anything for her.

Larysa smiled through her tears. Though they were tears, they were tears of joy. She never thought she would find anyone to love her or care for her. She thought she was going to be alone forever. But Lucas was here. And he loved her. He cared for her. He was all she had ever wanted and needed. I've never had anyone there for me, Lucas. No one has ever loved me. Been proud of me. Wanted to be with me. It's so different. So--so--nice. It's everything I've ever wanted or needed. You're everything I've ever wanted or needed. I'm just...just...so...happy. I've never had anything. And now I have you. She held his hand to her face and leaned into his warm, loving touch.

Lucas smiled back at Larysa, and listened to her talk. Being alpha, Lucas had learned about her past and knew what she had gone through. Of course, he hadn't gone through what she did but somehow he understood what she had gone through. He rubbed his thumb along her cheek. "Larysa...I'm always going to be here for you and care for you. You are apart of my pack, life and my family. I won't let anything hurt you, otherwise it would hurt me to." he said, a small smile forming on his face as he leaned closer to her and kissed her softly. "I love you Larysa, that won't change."

Larysa smiled widely when he told her he loved her and that it wouldn't change. She loved it when he told her that he loved her because no one had ever told her that before. Ever. For a long time everyone frowned down upon her when they found out she had been a drug atict and an alcoholic--but Lucas knew and he still loved her beside the fact she had a miserable history. He loved her for her and he didn't care what she used to be. That was defenitally a first. She had never felt happy in her whole life--and ever since she and Lucas got together she could barely remember what it was like to feel upset or the pain she had always felt before then. Now, as she sat there, she thought about the first time they had eaten together. When they had confessed their attraction to eachother. She smiled. I'm glad.

Lucas smiled at her. "Good, and I want it to stay that way." He picked up the menu and heard his stomach growl at the interesting dishes that were on the menu. He chuckled at his stomach as Lucas remembered their first dinner. It had been at his favorite food place and it was the first time he had confessed his love for Larysa. He smiled at the thought of it, "What would you like to eat love?" he asked, as soon as the waiter came up to their table.
