After having arrived in this new town yesterday, Chris had only just gotten settled in when he had the intense need to get out of his room. He never really liked being indoors that much anyways and as he stepped out the fresh air heightened his senses and caressed his lungs. A smile played upon his lips and his ice blue eyes took in the beautiful landscape around him. His shoulder length blond hair flitted lightly in the breeze and for a moment he closed his eyes while he walked. He was taller than most around here but it didn’t bother him all too much. He had blue jeans on with a long sleeve black shirt and his leather jacket.
Finally a lovely tree loomed up before him and he smiled as if accepting the challenge. With a powerful lunge he jumped and caught the first branch and effortlessly pulled himself up. He continued this pattern until he was high up in the tree. Looking down with a breath of approval he made himself comfortable against the main root of the tree and gazed out over the landscape.

As I'm walking down the sidewalk today, I see a guy come out of his house, walk in front of me, run towards a tree, and then jump all the way up. I'm stunned. Then the wind gifts me with his scent. Werewolf. That makes more sense. I look around to make sure no-one is watching and then I too jump all the way up. I must look like a spirit or a gymnist of some sort with all my grace and beauty as I fly up the tree, but of course I'm just a werewolf. I'm glad no humans are looking as I swing my way up the tree, because if they were, I'm sure to be dead.
When I reach the limb of the tree that the man is sitting on I sigh, put my hands on my hips and walk with ease over to him. I sit down next to him and act as if I'm uninterested--which I know is believable because Ali, the queen of lies, taught me how to do it. Y'know, you should be careful of who's around when you act all werewolfy. Someone could get hurt. I look over at him from the corner of my eye and smirk. I may seem all cool and collected, but on the inside I'm freaking out. Ali's been teaching me how to talk to guys without embarressing myself, but the werewolves always hear my heart beating one hundred times every five seconds.

The sights and sounds were brilliant and Chris enjoyed the silence and peacefulness that surrounded him. It wasn’t often that he got to be alone and he reveled in the chance he got now, thinking back to the days he still traveled with his sister. She was happily married now and Chris envied her. She was a pure human. She never had to suffer the pain of being a werewolf but on the other hand she had suffered an even greater pain; the rejection of her own family. If it hadn’t been for Chris’ fierce protection they would surely have killed her. Decades of training had taught them all to hate any other breed but werewolves an when Julie was born there was no reversing that training. Chris still didn’t know where he had gotten the strength within himself to love that little girl, but he did. For years they traveled and Chris took to training himself, rewriting all the rules he had learnt… Suddenly the sound of another triggered a defensive response and Chris just watched as a female came flying up the tree. She did it so effortlessly and looked really graceful at that, not normal the way he had. Who was she? And why was she so nimble? He glanced over as she walked to him with hands on her hips. He cursed the wind for being in her favor and had to wait until she was close enough before he could decipher her scent. As she got down next to him he noticed her strong werewolf smell and tensed visibly. She acted uninterested and Chris took to staring at the horizon again. He kept tabs on her every movement though. Why was she here? A werewolf, flying up the tree to come sit next to him and act so uninterested. This could only mean trouble. She then continues to tell him about being careful and he chuckles at the thought, ice blue eyes turning to gaze straight into her soul,
“I could tell you the same, stranger.”
She seemed so cool and collected but once Chris focused his hearing and all other senses on her he noticed how fast her heart was beating and spoke with confidence,
“I’m Chris, by the way. You are?”

I notice how he now speaks with confidence and I sigh, letting go of my facade. It's always the heart that gives me away. I face him, smile, and tuck a strand of my hair behind my ear. I'm Spencer. Spencer Resnick. Nice to meet you Chris. I listen to how my british accent rings in every syllable I speak in amazement. Three years away from England and it's still as strong as ever. Now that I'm allowing myself to actually look at him, I'm realizing how strikingly attractive he is. Wow. Honestly, I've always thought being myself would attract my soul mate. Alison always seemed to think the opposite. Well, let's see where my theory gets me.

regular, speech, thoughts, other(s) August walked on the pebbled road in the Mountain Mist National Park, the sun beaming down on her soft skin, a slight breeze flowing through her brunette locks, feeling a slight chill.
Why didn't i bring a jacket, geez. I am such a dumb under cover blond sometimes.
She walked past a big tree toward a bench in the sun and stopped when she heard a rustle in the tree she was walking under, also seing leaves falling from the branches, she looked up and saw a blond man sitting in the tree over head, and a woman standing next to him looking as if they are busy with a deep conversation and didn't want to disturb, seeing that if she intervened she could end their intimate relationship and feel guilty the rest of her life.

The female seemed to let go of her façade when she noticed how confident Chris came across. He wasn’t even sure that she had been pretending but now he knew. Why did people always have this need to act like someone else around him? It’s not like his confidence was too much or over bearing. With a sigh he lifts himself up and brushes his fingers through his hair, removing the strands that had fallen into his face. He looks over at the female who now introduces herself and smiles. Spencer, now that’s not a name you hear everyday. She spoke about it being a pleasure meeting me and I nodded in return.
Chris noticed her strong British accent and little by little he pieced her puzzle together. For now it was painstakingly obvious that she was fond of attention and Chris merely chuckled at the thought,
“I guess we should be getting out of the tree now…”
With a swift lunge he jumped from the branch and landed without a sound. Flicking his hair back he noticed a girl walking by. Since things had gotten way too personal with Spencer he was looking for some kind of distraction and without thinking he called to her,
“Jenny, hi! Haven’t see you in forever!”
He winked at her, making sure Spencer didn’t see and hoped she would play along…

regular, speech, thoughts, other(s) August jumped from the guy who fell out of the tree, followed by the girl. She thought she interupted their conversation and wanted to walk away, when the guy randomly called her Jenny and told her he hasn't seen her in a while, she wondered what was up... Then he winked at her and noticed that he wanted her to pretend to be someone she isn't. She played along... Not knowing the girl standing there actually knew who she was and her real name.
"Oh hey!! So great to see you!! I know it has been forever hasn't it. I missed you so much, we have a lot to catch up on.
She came closer and hugged him, wanting to hold on longer because she was all cold, but let go as soon as they hugged for 3 seconds. She just stared at him, not knowing what was going on and almost wanted to burst of laughter at the seams.

{I erased my last post because it was really annoying me. Lol so now I post again xD} I watch him with confusion as he hops down to the ground. I weigh my options. I can either stay here, in the tree, alone, and look crazy, or follow him, not be alone, and look crazy....I choose the second one. I gracefully let my self fall from the branch, swing from the one below, and let go, spiraling through the air like a gymnist. Craziness. I've never had any training similar to this in my life. In fact, I think it's the only training I haven't recieved. I land on the balls of my feet, lightly and silently. I look to Chris and I see his gaze fall upon a young woman who I know to be August--a girl who just joined Infiniteria. Alison was telling me about her the last time we hung out. Turns out Eclipse is weighing August as an option for Alpha Female and Ali hates competition. Good luck to this woman who has no idea what she got herself into.
Chris then calls August "Jenny", and I'm very confused. I'm even more confused when she responds to the name and walks over, gives him a hug, and then says they have so much to catch up on. I blink. There are no words to describe my confusion. I know Ali wasn't wrong because she never is, but why the hell is August answering to the name Jenny?! I growl slightly in frustration. What is going on?! My toes begin to tap reflexively--I do that when I'm frustrated or annoyed. Sometimes when I'm anxious too. As of now though, I'm anxious to know what's going on.

Chris Mathews
Chris stood before the unknown girl, hoping that she would decide to play along as he smiled at her, that crooked smile that made him look so handsome even if he didn’t know it. His shoulder length hair blew in the breeze but his expression suddenly turned serious as he turned back to Spencer, a strange girl he had just met. It finally made sense. She was here to try and convert Chris to her own pack. That scent on her was all too familiar and this girl he had called Jenny had that exact same scent. This was a trick! A feral growl resounded from his lips as he turned to Spencer,
“Mind telling me what’s going on here? You both are from the same pack!!”
Fire crept into his icy blue eyes as he stared Spencer down, rage slowly bubbling into his system like a poisonous drug. His hands clenched into tight fists and were starting to shake with the intense urge to phase. His eyes lightened into their wolf counterparts and another growl came from his lips as he yelled even louder this time,
“If you think it’ll be this easy you are sorely mistaken.”

regular, speech, thoughts, other(s) August looked at this guy who wanted her to play along and now he is going to rip her head off, she didn't even know that this girl is from her pack, she only met a few people from her pack... Not everyone. She was totally confused not knowing what to do. She stood there, and got another shiver, but this time from what he is going to do to her. She saw the images run through her head. She felt sick to her stomach and gagged in her mouth. She then turned to the other girl giving her a look so fierce that she could spontaneously combust, she then looked back at this guy. August's eyes also suddenly changed to her wolf form, she didn't want him to change and attack and she is still standing there all human. "Wait... what?! What will be easy? I AM SO CONFUSED!!!! I WAS JUST PASSING BY AND SAW YOU AND HER!! WHO IS THIS GIRL ANYWAYS? WHO ARE YOU? WHY DID YOU CALL ME JENNY ANYWAY? Don't even try to do anything stupid!" She growled very low and loudly so that he knew she was on guard ready for anything.

I stand, annoyed that this girl is here and then suddenly I'm kind of thankful she is. If anything happens to me, she'll be witness. I've never EVER been one to stand my ground. I've never raised my voice in my whole life. When he accuses me of something--I have no idea what--I am quick to step back and cower into myself. I must look rediculous--but right now I don't care about that. I put my hands up in surrender and my eyes widen. I open my mouth and whimper a little. I'm so scared. And confused. I must look like I have a demented face. It is defenitally distorted with fear and confusion--curiousity too. Why is he lashing out on me? I'm not doing anything wrong!
Right now I can't help but wish my sav--William--was here to save me. But he can't always be the one to protect me. I clear my throat quietly after they both screech at me and eachother. I'm glad there's no one on the streets. I squeak when I try to talk at first, but then I get the words out. I have no idea what you're talking about, Chris. Why are you both yelling? You're scaring me...I was just walking and I wanted someone to talk to. I can't tell you what's going on because O barely know myself... I flinch, afraid one of them will hurt me because of my answer. Ali says I should stand up for myself and be louder when I talk, but for some reason I can't get my voice to rise louder than a whisper.

Chris Mathews
Something wasn’t right! Chris’s head started to pound fiercely like a dagger stabbing into his mind over and over again and it was officially impossible to think. He looked at the girl, Spencer, but he saw two of her. When he ripped his head to the other side the girl he’d called Jenny was also merging into more than one picture. What was happening?! He started to shake and his heart was beating much too fast. His icy blue eyes started to water and his fists unclenched and with a single leap he phased into his wolf form, a massive wolf who stood level with both girl’s eyes. Stumbling somewhat he kept running and disappeared into a near grove of trees.

regular, speech, thoughts, other(s) August saw that something wasn't right ready to change, when this guy looked fiercely at the girl and then angrily back at her, she saw his head shaking and he phased into his wolf form. Ready for action August also phased. But when she found her feet, he was already dashing away into the woods. "Hey!! Wait" She yelled after the guy. She gave the other girl a fierce look so she picked up his scent and started to run after him, her legs caring her light weight body like a breeze through the woods, she was now a few feet behind him.

I'm stunned. They just phased and I don't know what to do. I start crying. God, I am such a lunatic. I only let a few tears escape before I remember crying isn't an option in wolf form, so I, too phase. Mid-leap, I'm a brown wolf with unforgettable, blank, pure white eyes with just two black rings around my cornia and pupil indicating that I'm not blind. I dash after them, realizing at this point I'll never catch up no matter how fast I am, so I make a sharp left into a large meadow so it's easier for me to run. No obstacles equals going faster. I disappear back into the trees and before I know it, I'm right next to them. My eyes dash between them and what's infront of me so I don't kill myself by bumping into a tree. At this speed, it's defenitally a possibility. Barely breaking a sweat, my breathing hasn't changed pace at all, I start speaking. Chris!!! Please, can we stop running?! I want to talk to you! And the girl!!! Please!!!!!
[/color] I whine a little bit. I'm not sure why or how this is happening but I want to put an end to it. I want to talk in a civilized way. With no yelling or phasing.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Chris Mathews His mind was empty, his paws pounded like drums as he ran, his fur whipped back with the immense speed he was traveling at. Icy blue eyes were fierce and focused, yet still he saw double of everything around him. //They must have poisoned me!// He thought just as he slammed into a smallish tree, ripping it right out of the ground. With a groan he got up, stumbling somewhat and staring around him. Only wild forest greeted him and he was truly lost and bewildered. His marble colored pelt was ruffled about him and the metallic scent of blood filled the air. A short moment passed and Chris noticed it was coming from him. His shoulder had a wide gash thanks to the tree but his double vision made the hole look so much bigger than it actually was. Blood streamed down his leg but he shrugged the pain off, well aware that it would soon heal.
He was just about to start running again when he heard a voice yelling for him to wait. He paused, not listening to the voice but dazed buy the intense sound. He shook his massive head and lowered his skull to growl at her as she came close to him. Spencer soon followed after her and he knew it was her only by her voice,
“Chris!!! Please, can we stop running?! I want to talk to you! And the girl!!! Please!!!!!”
Another loud snarl ripped from his lips as he spun to face Spencer who was now a brown wolf with blind eyes. His ears were flattened with fury and irrational thoughts polluted his mind. It was obvious that he would attack her if she didn’t exit his personal space right now. She remained where she was though and without warning the massive marble colored wolf lunged for her throat, aiming to rip the skin from her bones…
