Physical Description:
Hair Daire has long, dark brown hair. Her hair is wavy and thick and it is easily knotted. Though her hair is wavy, you will often see her with curly or straight hair just as much as with wavy hair. Most of the time, her hair is down but when she's having a bad hair day or she just doesn't feel like styling it, she puts it up in a pony tail.
Eyes Daire's eyes are green and shaped like wide almonds. Her eyes are a bright, striking green though they are not of a toxic-green color or a light green. She has piercing medium-green eyes about the color of grass in mid-summer.
Skin Daire's skin is incredibly clear and her skin tone is slightly tanned. Her skin is flawless, there is not one mole, pimple, wart, freckle, birthmark, or tanline to be seen. Her skin is also impecibly soft--some might even say it's as soft as a baby's bottom.
Body Description She is of average height and she is a perfect weight at 128 pounds. She has a very well toned stomach and legs along with arms. Her chest is fairly large and her butt is round and pronounced so it's very hard for people not to notice it.
Other Features She has very well-defined facial features. She has a sharp nose, a curved jaw-line and very full lips. She always wears her buckskin pouch around her neck where she carries her talismans of spirituality. She is not to let anyone ever look in it or wear it or its power will be lost. She only removes it to bathe--and sometimes not even then.
Personality:
Daire is not one to take someone's crap. If she doesn't like what's going on, how you're treating, or even you, she will not hesitate to make it known. She's very honest--sometimes a little too honest. She'll tell you exactly what you need to hear--and more times than not, it's exactly what you don't want to hear, but it's the truth.
Daire is also extremely spiritual due to her background. She comes from a long line of shamans, healers, and Seekers. Those of which trained her to believe and embrace the unknown and to see with not just her eyes, but with her heart and mind--and not the practical part. She is very out-going but she was told to remain unobtrusive and blend in, so she does that often.
History: Daire was born nine months after her father was killed in an "accident". Her mother, Jennika, was heart broken and depressed. Especially since she had just turned seventeen when she had given birth to Daire. Jennika's parents wanted her to get an obortion, but she was completely against it as she insisted this was Django's way of staying with her--not leaving although he was already gone. Jennika became a traveling make-up artist for movies so the two never had anything permanent in their lives. Nothing but eachother.
When Daire became twelve she ran away out of defiance towards her mother. She was resentful toward her mother for always moving her, for not allowing Daire to have a personal life or people she could rely or depend on. Determinded to not go home and to not be found, Daire hid in dark, cramped and scary places--places you would usually see in a horror novel. One day she was sleeping in a cave right outside of town when she awoke due to an excruciating pain in her left leg. She opened her eyes to find bite marks like a wolf's.
She returned home and not long after, she started turning into a wolf. People who saw this thought that she was possessed. Cursed. Evil. Her mother didn't know what to believe, she just knew that her daughter kept turning into a large, black wolf. She went from doctor to doctor seeing if this had ever happened before, but it had not. Jennika had no idea what to do. She was stuck. Then she got a call from a long-lost relative....sorta. That was only a few months ago on her sixteenth birthday. Now Daire is sixteen and a half.
The "relative" was actually Django's mother and she claimed she could help. Daire was sent to her abuela, Paloma, in hopes she could be cured, but Paloma made it very clear that there was no way Daire could be cured. She was not insane or sick in anyway. She was just a werewolf. Nothing less, nothing more. There, with her grandmother, she realized her true origin, her true identity, and along with that her potential. Paloma too was a werewolf and she had been one for a while. Paloma taught Daire all she needed to know about werewolves so she is very knowledgeable in this area. Paloma had given Daire a bird, far more intelligent than most, to help her when she needed it the most. The bird was Raven, a black bird with strange, bright yellow eyes.
Raven
A large, pitch black bird with peircing yellow eyes. Raven is a raven but bigger and wiser. He is Daire's pet and bestfriend and he guides her in her most important endeavors. He knows exactly what's good for Daire and exactly what she must do to keep safe and happy. He was trained by Paloma from the time he was a hatchling.
[/size]Body Desciption: Daire looks almost exactly like Raven in her wolf form. She has midnight black fur, glimmering purple eyes, and claws so long and sharp they look like talons. Her fur is very silky and soft and unbelieveably thick. She is very muscular and strong.
