When she saw him frowning, she got a bit worries. Why was he frowning? Did she say something wrong? She looked back ay the picture he had given her and she couldn't help but smile at it a bit. "This is really pretty Blayde." she said, smiling at him as she did. Azuki heard him say thank you and then saying that he wouldn't mind joining her for lunch sometime. "Good."Azuki felt like she had done something good for some and she was proud of herself for doing so. "Whenever you wanna go we can. I got nothing to do." she said, shrugging slightly at herself.

One of his brows arched at her compliment on the drawing. Pretty wasn't a word people normally described them as. Dark, enchanting, surreal...pretty made him think of frills and flowers, which were full of color and life. He'd drawn a scene of sorrow, and mystery. Yeah, she was weird.
"You can pick the time and place, I don't have much to do around here yet either." He wiped his hands on the damp ground, before getting the charcoal off his fingertips on his jeans. He put his things away, rubbing at his eyes tiredly. "Do you live with your family?"

She saw his brow being arched at her, "Yes I said pretty. Even though it is dark, enchanting and really..draws me in.." she said, trailing her fingers over the drawing again, charcoal getting on her fingers again. She looked at her finger and then she looked over at Blayde. "Hey Blayde.." she said. When she got his attention she put some of the charcoal that was on her fingers, onto his face. Azuki couldn't help but smile at him.
She shrugged, "How about today for lunch?" she asked, smiling still. Then he had asked about her family and her smile vanished. Of course, she thought of her pack as family but she couldn't tell Blayde that. He was a hunter, not good for the pack..her family. "No." she finally said, looking back down at the drawing. She had no real blood related family because her mother had died and she didn't know much about her father. So really, she didn't live with any family.

His eyes nearly crossed as he tried to look at the black mark on his face, almost seeming comical as he tried to wipe it off with his own still dirty hands. This only made it worse, and he laughed before needing to go to the water to use it to wash it off. He turned back to her, giving her a playful splash of water as a mischevious grin crossed his features. He nodded in agreement at the invitation. "I don't live with my family either. I've been on my own for a couple of years now."

Azuki laughed at him when his eyes crossed, trying to look at the mark she had made on his face. She laughed again when he made it worse trying to get it off with his already dirty hands. She watched him go over to the water to wash it off of his face. She couldn't help but admire him. The drawing that he had given to her was definitely different to her. It pulled her in...like she had told him.
She screamed slightly when he splashed water at her and covered her face. Azuki looked at him, saw his mischievous grin appear on his features and she smiled at him before splashing him back in return. "Well, if you need anything just come find me. I'm usually here when I feel like enjoying the outdoors." she said, seeing his nod of agreement and smiling more.

"You can come to me if you need anything as well, though currently I don't have any particular habits. I tend to just drift all over the place." he shook his hands in an attempt to dry them, dodging her retaliation. He shook his head, ruffling at his spiky hair. Strangely it didn't lose its gravity defying style despite his movements. "I don't look like I can do much, but I can be a reliable guy."

Azuki smiled at him as she stood up and dried her hands on her jeans. "I'll remember that when I need a favor." she said. Azuki looked down at drawing he had given to her. She smiled slightly at it. To her, it was beautiful, even if it was dark and enchanting to her. Azuki looked up at him, and pulled her hood up onto her head and watching him. "Do you mind if we stop by my apartment, so that I can put this drawing up so that it won't get ruined on our...ummm...lunch..or datet, or whatever you want to call it."
Azuki turned towards the bridge and walked to it before turning back to Blayde. "Thanks for the drawing." she said, "And to me, you look like a reliable guy." she added, a mischievous grin forming on her lips.

His head snapped at the word date, as though it hadn't even crossed his mind. It hadn't, since most girls avoided him after initial conversations. He'd been uncharacteristically polite with Azuki though, for reasons he didn't bother thinking about. A date? He hadn't gone on one since high school, though he'd gone through relationships like nothing. It was more the girls falling for him than him falling for girls. "Sure, I don't mind." he shoved his hands in his stomach and heard his stomach rumble. Damn, he hadn't had a decent meal in a long while and the thought of food had his body betraying him. "You're welcome. You don't have to lie though, I guess I look a little intimidating than most. The type that daddys don't want their daughters bringing home."

Azuki chuckled, "Well then, no need to worry about my daddy. Mine's dead." she said, going silent after she had said that her father had been dead. It had been a long time since she'd even thought about her father being dead. She looked over at him and smiled at him again when he said sure to the "date," "Intimidating might be the right word for you." she shrugged, "Or maybe you're just a bad boy in the midst of a small town." she added.

"Yet you're still going to take me to lunch." he joked, walking up to her and giving a playful shove. "Well, that's one awkward and possibly deadly situation I've been spared from." He shoved his hands into his pockets. Her father and mother were both dead. He now had his earlier guess confirmed. Well, his parents had pretty much abandoned him. "I'm sure your parents are watching you, screaming from the heavens to stay away."

Azuki shrugged at him, "So, can't someone take a new comer out to lunch in a town he has never been in?" she asked, smiling at him slightly. She moved back a moment, trying to regain her balance which she quickly did and her hood fell down again, showing her jet black hair again. She shoved him back playfully before running over the bridge and turning back to Blayde with a smile.
She put her hands in her pockets and shrugged, "If they are, how do they plan to stop me?" she asked. Azuki watched him and for some reason, a thought came over her mind. Did she just say she liked him? But how, they had just met within a few minutes ago and now...Azuki was thinking he was cute and dangerous all at the same time.

He moved back slightly at her return shove, since he had a feeling she was going to push back. He waited for her to turn around though before finally chasing after her, his booted feet planting firmly on the bridge. "Hey, I didn't make the rules. And you never know. Divine intervention is a random things." He looked up to the sky, putting on a solemn face as though he was looking at another being before looking back at her. "Maybe they will give me food poisoning."

She moved back when he came after her. When he had stopped and looked up at the sky, she smiled at him. "Who said that I followed the rules, Blayde?" she asked, flicking him on his chest. She watched her hands as she slipped them down to her sides. She hadn't realized that she had nearly put them on his chest until they were back by her sides. "I don't usually follow the rules anyways.." she added softly, looking up at him.
She smirked a bit at him, "Why would you want food poisoning?" she asked, moving back again and looking up at him. She hadn't gotten food poisoning before but she knew what it was and what it would do to her. Make her sick for days, or weeks if possible. Azuki didn't want that for herself or Blayde..and she didn't understand why.

He stared at her for a moment, realizing she hadn't realized it had been a joke. That the divine intervention from her parents would be through food poisoning. He smirked, reaching forward to ruffle at her hair before beginning to walk. "I don't want food poisoning, weirdo."
He laughed at her rule breaking though. She sounded like a spoiled and protected child, wanting to be defiant in any way possible. He had noticed her behavior, as if she couldn't figure out what she wanted to do with her hands. "Sounds like we have a rebel though. Think you can break curfew?"

Azuki glared up at him when he ruffled her hair and then called her weirdo. "I have a name, Geezer." she said, turning to him and walking after him. By now, Azuki had put her hands in her pockets again and was listening to him speak. She even listened to his foot steps, his breathing and heartbeat, but she knew he wouldn't be able to tell what she was doing. Not until he found out that she was a werewolf. His enemy.
She glanced over at him, a spark in her icy blue eyes shined as she smiled at him, "Why not? I could use some entertainment in my life." she said. A smirk had formed on her face as she walked beside him, just about forgetting that she wanted to put his drawing up in her room. "Oh...before we go to lunch, lets stop by my apartment so I can put your drawing up in my room." she said, smiling over at him again.
