She smiled at his squeeze. "Guess I'll have to get used to the help then." she said, teasing him a bit. She noticed him rubbing his eyes and a worried expression crossed her face as she put a hand on his arm. "Hey, if you're tired we can head to your place. You look like you need the sleep to begin with." she said, her pice sounding worried for him. Rarely did Azuki feel the need to be worries about anyone outside her pack but right now, she was.
She felt a nudge and couldn't help but smile. She nudged him back, "Yes, I'm calling you weird. Got a problem with it?" she joked, winking at him slightly. Azuki jumped from side to side, putting her fists up like she was planning to hit him, but was only joking. She didn't think she'd be able to hit him even if she had to. Or was ordered to by Eclipse. She just wouldn't do it

He shook his head at her concern, brushing it off with an easy smile. He wouldn't be able to sleep well after a kill. He never could, even if the werewolf really was evil like that one. He hadn't been killing for as long as others, and he had a sinking feeling that it would take his entire life to get used to it. He might be cold and collected during a hunt, but afterwards it seemed to come all at once. "No, I don't think I would sleep well anyways."
"Nope. Being called weird by a weirdo doesn't bother me." he retorted, and held his hands up and open in a look of mercy. He stuck his tongue out at her, almost seeming to taunt her before suddenly reaching out to ruffle at her hair. "Don't hit me now, I'm an armed and dangerous hunter remember?" He waggled his eyebrows in a joking manner.

Azuki watched him out of the corner of her eye, he seemed worn out from what had happened. She put a hand on his shoulder and squeezed it in reinsurance. "I can give you a dream catcher. It might help you with your sleep, it helps with mine sometimes." she said, giving him a worried smile. She really was worried, and that rarely happened. Azuki was the type that worried but never showed it to anyone and now, she was. There was just something about him, that made her feel different.
She smiled again when he put his hands up in a look of pure mercy, and then ruffled her hair again. Azuki saw him waggle is eyebrows and she laughed at him. "I'm not afraid of a hunter, hot shot." she said, before punching him playfully in the arm. Well, the arm that he wasn't hurting from the werewolf dislocating his shoulder, before she moved out of reach. |

He gave a ghost of a smile at the dream catcher idea. He'd tried just about every trick in the book, but it didn't work. There were drugs that put him to sleep at night, but he still woke up and only made him feel more tired.
"Hey now, I don't raise my hand to innocents, no matter how weird they might be." he did move towards her though as she jumped out of reach. Strange how he had just killed a murdering werewolf, and was now teasing Azuki. His eyes though were watching her face closely, making sure that she was really okay. She had been shaken up pretty bad in the alley, so he worried.

When he moved towards her, Azuki moved back a bit more and gave him a cocky smile. "Then I shouldn't have a problem without taking you down." she said, a joking tone in her voice. She came out him again, hitting his side slightly, before moving away again. She saw how he was looking at her, and she knew he was just making sure if she was okay. Azuki gave him a soft smile, "Hey, I'm fine. Really, I've gone through worst, trust me."
Azuki moved towards him again, going for his stomach but miscalculated and nearly fell instead. She bumped into him before she made it to the ground, and got embarrassed real quick. "Me and my clumsily self." she said, laughing at herself. |

Blayde played along, seeming to move with the 'hits'. "Woah, woah. Why would you want to take me down?" His expression showed signs of relief when she gave him a reassurance. He was ready for another blow, following her eyes as she targeted at his gut.
He arms darted out, catching her as she bumped into him. His grip was strong on her arms, making sure she didn't hit the as she laughed at herself. "You? Clumsy? I haven't seen you trip or stumble yet." he teased, hands linger on her sides for a moment before slowly pulling away.
He was slowly becoming aware of her, though he was not a shy man. Still, he didn't know this girl very well. She'd been kind, and strong in the face of danger. He was enjoying himself, but her shyness kept him at bay.

She smiled at him again when she saw relief go across his face. She shrugged at him, unsure on why she would want to take him down, other than they were complete enemies but then again, he did save her life. "No reason." she said, giving him another smile. Azuki was grateful that he had been there when the werewolf had came. She hadn't been sure if she would've been able to take down such a burly man in the first place. And in wolf form, she even doubt then too.
When Azuki felt his arms catch her, she smiled slightly. Then she felt them move away and the smile slowly began to vanish as she listened to his teasing words. Azuki pushed at his chest playfully, "Thank you for being such a nice gentleman." she said, teasing back at him. Azuki rarely teased anyone and she always snapped at Eclipse, just because she knew it bugged the crap out of him. But so far, she hadn't snapped at Blayde but in returned teased back with him.
Slowly, she became away that she was still near him and slowly, began to move away. Yes she was shy, it was apart of her personality, but even now she wasn't being shy. It was like Azuki enjoyed his touch, enjoyed being around him even though she hardly knew the boy to begin with. And slowly, she was becoming comfortable with him, and her shyness...was disappearing. |

He scoffed, shaking his head. "To be honest, I'm not always a gentleman. I tend to snap at people. I don't really care about insulting them, nor how things might seem to others." he sighed, giving a shrug of his shoulders. Growing up he got into a lot of trouble in school, though he couldn't say he never started it. He had a sharp tongue, and some kids didn't take it kindly. If anything, it helped him learn how to ignore pain. When he started to hunt, he realized that it was probably a good thing that he learned to hold his ground.

Azuki couldn't help but smile at him. She hadn't see the side of him that didn't care or that snapped at people. All she had seen was a gentleman and a savior for saving her life like he had. Taking a huge risk, Azuki stepped towards him, placed her hand on his chest and kissed his cheek softly before she moved away. "Well, all I've seen is a gentleman. You saved me from a werewolf and I thank you for that very much." she said. "Even if I am a bit shy at times." she added,giving him her shy smile. |

He gave a boyish grin, an expression that hadn't appeared yet as he reached forward to ruffle at her hair. The simple kiss on his cheek had been sweet, and strangely meant more to him than the kisses he had had before. "You gave me the first real meal I've had in a while. I don't think you're as shy as you think you are."

Azuki smiled, "Anything for a friend." she said. Just a friend... she thought, as she had the feeling. He didn't quite like her the same way she liked him. But then she could be wrong, but as she pulled away from him, her hand slipping away from his chest. A small smile formed on her lips at his remark, "Around most people that I'm not used to, or I like... I'll get shy.." she said, keeping her eyes down on her hands.

He glanced down at the hand still lingering on his chest, not really sure what he should do about it. Her hand seemed so small to him, yet it was warm and he was very aware of it. When she pulled away, it became cold again and he felt bumps raise on his arms. It was a new feeling, and it caused his brow to furrow for a moment before disappearing. "Well I guess we both have award winning personalities then, that neither of us will ever see."

She heard his words, but they didn't register into her mind until she actually paid attention. Azuki looked over at him, "What do you mean by that?" she asked, her curiosity getting the best of her. Then she remembered something and turned back towards the alley way and started to walk. Azuki had remembered her cloak had been hidden before the male werewolf had come to "have fun." She stopped next to a small box, and knelt down next to the box and pulled out her cloak, tying it around her neck before turning out of the alley and practically running into Blayde. |

"Just that you aren't incredibly shy with me and I'm not a complete jerk to you." He clarified, brow raising when she headed back towards the alley. It wasn't a good idea to stay near the body, since it wouldn't be long until someone came to dispose of it.
He followed after her, and was startled when she disappeared to only come back and nearly walk into him again. He laughed, reaching out to make sure she didn't stumble. "Forget something?"

She chuckled at him. "I don't think you're a jerk. And...it's a good thing I'm not shy..right?" she asked, smiling at him. When she came back and nearly fell down to only be caught by Blayde, she blushed deeply. Azuki nodded, and moved her hand to the bow around her neck. "Uhh...yea...I forgot my cloak.. I took it off so it would be harder for him to find me in the dark." she said, stammering a bit. She blinked before finally moving back and away from him. She wasn't shy? Really? She was just shy a minute ago! |
