Azuki shivered slightly when he nibbled on her ear. She felt him being pulled closer to him and she felt his skin against hers. It felt nice to be held by him and to feel his skin beneath her touch. Azuki shivered again, then she saw the wicked grin. Suddenly there were no more water beneath her and she was being lifted by him. She got ready for him to throw her and when she connected with the water, she stayed under the water. Swimming, and hiding from hunters become second nature to her, so Azuki was able to make it back to him. When she was close to him, Azuki jumped out of the water, and pulled him into the water with her a smile forming on her face. |

Blayde grinned when she connected with the water, turning his face away when her splash hit him. He watched, waiting for her to come back up and frowned when she didn't straight away.
He scowled, almost pouting as he glanced down into the water around him. He had a feeling she was going to try to pounce on him, but wasn't fast enough when she leapt out and pulled on him. He gave a yelp, laughing again as his feet slipped on the slick bottom and he fell forward into her. He sputtered the water from his mouth, shaking his head to whip the water out of it. "You're a sneaky little thing."

Azuki gave him one of her innocent smiles when he said she was a sneaky little thing. She shrugged, "You adapt something like that when your kind is hunting a lot, my dear." she said. Swimming up to him, Azuki wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled at him. She leaned back slightly, loving the feeling of the water against her skin. It had been a while since she had gone swimming, and for once, Azuki was loving it. Especially since she was with Blayde now. "The water isn't cold. I thought it was going to be." |

"That's because I'm hot." he answered in reply to her comment on he water. He was grateful that it wasn't too chilly, and it had woken him up slightly. Now that he was more soaked, parts of his hair was no longer sticking up, and was sticking to his face and the back of his neck.
It was strange for him to have it in his face like that. He wrapped his arms loosely around her waist, sinking down into the water. "Feeling better?" he questioned. It wasn't just about her wound though, but just a general question.

She chuckled at him and gave him a playful wink, ruffling his wet hair just a bit. Yes, it was true. He was hot in her eyes and his touch was practically amazing to her. It was then that she looked at him through her black curly hair that was sticking to her forehead and face. Her blue eyes shined, and her lashes gleamed from the water drops. She smiled at him when he put his arms around her waist loosely. Azuki nodded at him, "Yes, I am. I'm feeling much better." she said, leaning towards him and kissing his forehead softly. "How are you feeling?" she asked, out of pure concern and curiosity. |

"I'm..." he paused, frowning suddenly as a puzzled look spread across his face. "Happy..." he finished softly, as if suddenly realizing it. It has been so long since he was able to joke around and have fun with someone. Until he left his parents, he was an outcast in school because he looked dangerous, and he didn't exist at home. He had nightmares at night, and was basically homeless and making just enough money to get from one town to the next through killing criminal werewolves.
His life just plain sucked when he wasn't with Azuki. He leaned forward, nuzzling into her neck as his lips ghosted over her skin. "You have no idea how strange it is for me to be like this.""

Azuki looked at him when he paused for a moment. She saw the frown on his face and thought she had said something or done something wrong but then he said one word. Happy. And she smiled at him and gave him a hug. She felt so shy, so giddy around him and she couldn't explain why. But she liked it. It was then that Azuki felt him nuzzle her neck and his lips ghost over her skin, making a shiver going up her spine. It was like Blayde made her feel like a completely different person. And not like a little girl anymore.
She leaned back and trailed a thumb against his cheek. "You're not the only one. I'm used to being shy to anyone I meet, but with you.. I'm not. Which is strange to me." she said, giving his cheek a kiss and then softly giving him a small kiss on the lips. But it was only a small one, like a peck. She didn't know what he would do. Not yet at least. |

He smirked at her response, hugging her tightly when she pecked his lips. He returned the peck though with a real kiss of his own, stopping to rest his forehead against hers to look into her eyes. His silver gaze was piercing, not wanting her to look away. "I think I would rather have you shy around others. I don't like to share, and would prefer to keep you for myself."
He gave his boyish grin, "So, what do we do now, exactly?

She held his silver gaze. Honestly , she loved his eyes and the way he kissed her. Azuki gave him a chuckle and a nod, "Alright. I'll remember that when I'm around someone and you're with me." she said, leaning against him. Then he asked what they should do and instantly, a shy smile formed on her lips as Azuki moved away from him. "Let's see if you can catch me, hunter boy." she said, giving him a wink.
When she moved away from Blayde, she made herself go underneath the water and swim towards the much more deeper side of the river. It was only then that she resurfaced. She looked over to him and smiled. |

"Oh, so the wolf girl wants to play chase with the hunter boy. How cliche." he mumbled when she dove back under the water. He was ready for her to possibly pop back up to drag him under, but released the tension when she resurfaced much farther away. She wasn't the only one who could dive underwater though.
He lowered into the water, wading so that just his eyes peered from the surface like a crocodile before going completely under. The water was mostly clear, so sneaking up wasn't really that easy.

Azuki gave him a smile as she watched him swim over to her, looking like a crocodile. She sank down herself into the water and watched him slightly. Then she disappeared again and swam a bit farther away. "You coming slow poke." she said, giving him a playful wink and another disappearing act before she reappeared near the other side of the river. Turning her back to Blayde, Azuki made her way towards the river bank, unaware where Blayde was. |

Instead of coming up behind Azuki, Blayde swam fast and took a longer route to come up in front of her. The shallow water of the bank made it easier for him to use the bottom to come up fast.
He resurfaced in front of her, yelling out and splashing water everywhere as his arms wrapped around her torso and he brought her against his chest. "I am quick, like a blade..." he joked, before groaning at his own poor excuse for a joke.

Azuki wasn't expecting him to get in front of her. Instantly, she squeaked when he jumped in front of her and pulled her close. Azuki smiled at him and chuckled softly. "That wasn't so bad." she said, putting a hand on his chest. Her fingers twirled little circles on his skin and gave him a shy smile. "So, does this mean your my body guard?" she asked, adding a joking sense to her voice. Honestly, Azuki wouldn't mind him being her body guard, but then she didn't want to force him into doing something he didn't want to do. |

He shook his head, causing his hair to splatter more water as he managed to get it somewhat back to normal. He liked the feeling of her hands on his skin. He found it funny how she claimed to be so shy but was already so comfortable with him.
"I think I've already shown my capabilities...twice?" he returned her joking tone. "Is it a full time job?"

Azuki gave him a small punch in the chest, barely hitting him and barely using any of her strength. "It could be. Are you willing to take the job?" she asked, looking up to him. It was so strange. Being shy around everyone else and even Blayde himself, and yet she was so comfortable around him. It was strange to her and yet, it felt right. She got on her toes and kissed his cheek softly. Azuki felt happy with Blayde and more like herself than she did when Eclipse or any of the pack members were around. Was that right? He was a hunter and she was a werewolf, shouldn't Azuki be on alert and ready to run, but she wasn't. |
